The Vivo T4 Ultra and T4 Lite will be two upcoming additions to the Vivo T4 lineup.
Both smartphones have recently been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification platform. Interestingly, the T4 Ultra has also been listed on the Geekbench database.
Bluetooth SIG Certification Listings
As with any listing, the Bluetooth SIG certification listings of the T4 Ultra and T4 Lite reveal only the names of the handsets along with their model numbers.

The Vivo T4 Ultra is associated with the model number V2504 while the T4 Lite features the V2509 model number. The listing also indicates that the Lite variant will feature support for 5G connectivity.
Geekbench Database Listing
The Geekbench listing of the Vivo T4 Ultra does not mention the name of the smartphone. However, it does confirm the model number V2504 of the handset. The listing highlights that the smartphone scores 1178 points in the single-core test and 4089 points in the multi-core test.
The T4 Ultra will be powered by an octa-core processor that is speculated to be the Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset under its hood. This will be complemented by 8 GB of RAM and the handset will come with Android 15 preinstalled. The source code listing also indicates that there will be a dedicated Mali-G720 Immortalis MC12 GPU.

The Ultra variant is expected to break cover soon as the successor to the T3 Ultra, especially as the latter smartphone had a price slash recently. The T3 Ultra has an AMOLED 6.78-inch display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 50 MP three-camera system, and a 5,500 mAh battery. It also houses a Dimensity 9200+ chipset along with 256 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM.
The Vivo T4 Lite is anticipated to be the follow-up of the T3 Lite and a rebranding of the iQOO Z9 Lite 5G.
