After the launch of the Vivo X Fold 5 in the home country China, the global variant has now been spotted on the Geekbench database.
Talks are that the Vivo X Fold 5 foldable will have the same specs as its Chinese counterpart.
Geekbench Database Listing
The Geekbench listing reveals only the model number V2429 and not the name of the smartphone. The handset scores 2142 points in the single-core test and 6315 points in the multi-core test.

The X Fold 5 will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor from Qualcomm under its hood. This will be supplemented by 16 GB of RAM. It will run on Android 15. The source code listing additionally reveals that the foldable will have a dedicated Adreno 75 GPU.
Other X Fold 5 Specs
The brand has released a few official teasers that confirm the specs of the smartphone in the Indian subcontinent.
The handset will have a 6.53-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with Armor Glass protection and a 1172 x 2748 pixels resolution for the cover display. In contrast, the inner man display will have an 8.03-inch LTPO AMOLED panel with a pixel resolution of 2480 x 2200 and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. This display will also support Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and 5280 PWM dimming.
The X Fold 5 will have a single storage option of 512 GB. It will draw its juice from a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 40 W wireless charging and 80 W wired fast charging.

The smartphone will have a triple 50 MP camera setup on the back in a circular camera module. These will be a primary camera, a telephoto zoom with OIS support, and an ultra-wide lens. The main and cover screens will also have 20 MP selfie cameras.
The handset will have IP X8, IP X9, and IP X9+ ratings for dust and water resistance.
The Vivo X Fold 5 will break cover in India on the 14th of this month. It is expected to carry a price tag of INR 1,49,999.
