Vivo X200 Mini Camera Details Allegedly Leaked; To Support 10X Hybrid Zoom

Vivo X200

Vivo is all set to announce its upcoming Vivo X200 series in the home market in China in mid-October this year.

While it is certain that the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro will be included in the lineup, there are talks of a Vivo X200 Mini joining them. While the official moniker for this smartphone is not yet known, various rumors address the smartphone as Vivo X200 Mini.

Vivo X200 Mini Camera Setup

Tipster Digital Chat Station recently leaked the camera specifications of the vanilla Vivo X200 model. He has now followed this up with the shooter configurations of the mini variant.

The new leak indicates that while the megapixel count of the X200 Mini and the X200 will be the same, the sensors will be different. The Mini will support a Sony IMX06C primary camera in place of the Sony IMX921 main shooter in the Vivo X200.

The other two cameras are expected to be the same. This means that the X200 Mini will also have a 50 MP Sony IMX 882 periscope telephoto camera with 70 mm focal length and a f/2.57 aperture and a 50 MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens. The Mini will offer support for 10x hybrid zoom.

Display

Although the leak does not mention the exact screen size of the Vivo X200 Mini, it is hinted that the screen size will be smaller than the other smartphones in the X200 series. The smartphone is anticipated to have a 6.3- or 6.4-inch flat display as against the 6.78-inch display with curved edges in the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro.

Processor, Software, and Battery

The Vivo X200 Mini along with the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro is slated to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset. They will feature Android 15 layered with the manufacturer’s OriginOS 5. All of them are anticipated to support 90 W fast charging and the X200 Mini is said to be powered by a 5600 mAh battery.
