Vivo is actively working on its Y31 lineup of 5G smartphones that includes the Vivo Y31 Pro 5G and the standard Vivo Y31 5G.
The Vivo Y31 Pro 5G recently surfaced on the Bluetooth SIG certification website with the V2534 model number. On the other hand, the Vivo Y31 has been listed on the Geekbench, IMEI, and BIS databases with the model number V2521.
According to a recent X post by tipster Paras Guglani, the Pro variant is typically a rebranding of the Vivo T4x 5G.

This falls in line with a recent marketing poster released by the brand, showing the back panels of both handsets in the Vivo Y31 series.

From the posters, the Y31 5G has a design similar to that of the brand’s Y300 5G. In contrast, the Y31 Pro 5G bears a strong resemblance to the T4x 5G.
Vivo Y31 Series Specs
The Geekbench database listing of the Vivo Y31 confirms that the handset will house a Dimensity 7300 processor from MediaTek under its hood. This will be complemented by 4 GB of RAM. It will run on Android 15. If earlier reports about the Y31 Pro are to be believed, the smartphone will be powered by the same processor. The Vivo Y31 Pro is likely to come with 8 GB of RAM and two storage options of 128 GB and 256 GB.
The poster shows both handsets with two cameras on the rear. While the standard variant has a rectangular camera module, the Pro variant features a pill-shaped camera layout.

The Vivo Y31 5G is highlighted in white color with a marble finish on the back. On the other hand, the Vivo Y31 Pro 5G is shown in purple color with a smooth back finish.
The Vivo Y31 Pro 5G is likely to cost INR 18,999 for the 8 GB/128 GB model and INR 20,999 for the 8 GB/256 GB model.
