The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi is actively working on the Xiaomi 15 lineup comprising the Xiaomi 15, Xiaomi 15 Pro, and Xiaomi 15 Ultra. Several leaks have been tipped about the series in the recent past.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro has now been spotted on China’s 3C Certification platform a few days after the vanilla model, the Xiaomi 15. At the same time, there are some interesting details about the rear camera setup in the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
3C Certification Details of Xiaomi 15 Pro
The Xiaomi 15 Pro is listed on the 3C Certification platform with the model number 2410DPN6CC. This is the same model number mentioned for the smartphone in past leaks. The handset will support 90 W fast charging like what its sub-brand Redmi has to offer for the Redmi Note 14 Pro+. This is a decreased charging rate compared to its predecessor, the Xiaomi 14 Pro with 120 W fast charging support.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra Camera Setup
The leak by well-known tipster Digital Chat Station talks about the camera details of an upcoming flagship Xiaomi smartphone. While the name of the handset has not been revealed, it is speculated that the smartphone being referenced is the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.

The handset will feature an advanced quad-camera setup comprising a 200 MP periscope telephoto lens and three 50 MP lenses. The 200 MP lens is rumored to incorporate the HP3 sensor from Samsung that supports 10x optical zoom and triple ISO capabilities. This lens is slated to offer ultra-telephoto macro and low-light telephoto modes apart from the standard zooming.
The other three 50 MP cameras are likely to have Sony IMX858 sensors for their lenses. One of the shooters is expected to have a 122° Leica ultra-wide angle lens with 5 cm super macro capability and OIS support. The other 50 MP Leia periscope snapper is also anticipated to offer OIS support.
Other Key Specifications
The Ultra model will house Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor under its hood and may also offer up to 24 GB RAM. The handset will also come with HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15 installed out of the box. It may also feature a 2K micro-curvature display and be packed with a 6200 mAh battery.
The Xiaomi 15 series is slated for an October 2024 launch.
