The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of all the smartphones in the Xiaomi 15 series save the Xiaomi 15 Ultra in a week from now on October 31.
The Ultra model will join the series early next year. A few details of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra have emerged so far. The latest leak that has come up recently gives an insight into the camera renders on the back panel.
Distinct Camera Arrangement
According to the renders leak shared by Smartprix, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra camera module will be lodged in a circular island like the predecessor. However, what stands out is how the cameras have been asymmetrically arranged in the module. The cameras will be arranged in two rows with one camera in the top row and three cameras in the bottom row.

The single shooter in the first row will be a 200 MP telephoto periscope camera with 4.3x zoom and mostly a Samsung ISOCELL HP9 image sensor. The three lenses in the bottom will each have a 50 MP resolution. They will be the primary camera, a telephoto sensor with 2x zoom, and an ultra-wide sensor.
The camera for selfies and video calls on the front panel will have a resolution of 32 MP.
Other Xiaomi 15 Ultra Details
The smartphone will have a 6.7-inch display panel with micro-curved edges, an LTPO OLED screen, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. There will also be an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that ensures secure and convenient locking.
The handset will incorporate a 6,000 mAh battery with 80 W wireless and 90 W wired charging and be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The smartphone is slated to run on Android 15 based HyperOS 2.0 from the manufacturer.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra supports three material finishes, namely, fiberglass; plain leather; and ceramic. The pricing details are unclear at the moment.
