The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will join the Xiaomi 15 lineup as the high-end variant in the series.
With the launch date drawing closer, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone has been gaining traction with various tipsters sharing its possible specs. The new leak that has now emerged provides details about the RAM, storage, and colors of the handset.
RAM and Storage
The phone is expected to come with more than one RAM and storage option. However, one of them is bound to be 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage.

It has been speculated earlier that there will also be a storage option of 1 TB although it is unclear if this variant will be available globally.
Color Options
The smartphone is slated to come in three colors – white, black, and silver. The silver color is unique to the 15 Ultra and was not available in the Xiaomi 14 Ultra which supported the other two colors with a vegan leather finish.
Expected 15 Ultra Specifications
Earlier reports suggest that the 15 Ultra will house a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset from Qualcomm under the hood. There may also be a Small Surge chipset developed in-house for signal enhancement.
The handset will have a periscope lens with a Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor and a resolution of 200 MP and a 1-inch main snapper to offer an unrivaled photography experience.

There will also be a telephoto camera and an ultra-wide camera, each with a resolution of 50 MP. The macro focus will help to focus on objects that are just about 10 cm away.
The 3C certification listing reveals that the smartphone will have a massive 6,000 mAh battery with 90 W wired fast charging support. The handset may also support 50 W wireless charging.
The 15 Ultra will sport a quad-curved 2K display and support satellite and e-SIM connectivity options.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will arrive first in China in February this year after which the manufacturer will roll out the global counterpart in March at MWC 2025 in Barcelona.
