The Xiaomi 15 Ultra has been in the limelight for some time now with its likely specs and certifications.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is once again in the news with a video showcasing its back panel and a poster hinting its launch date.
The leaked video affirms some details that we have heard through leaks earlier. The quad-camera setup will have a revamped design in a circular module. The module will also highlight the LED flash in a pill-shaped design at the top in the center and the LEICA branding on the left.

Rumored Specifications
Going by earlier reports, the Chinese variant of the smartphone will house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset under the hood along with multiple RAM and storage options of up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage respectively. However, the global variant is likely to support only 16 GB RAM and 512 GB storage. The handset will run on Android 15 layered with the manufacturer’s HyperOS 2.0.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will come with a 6.8-inch micro-quad-curved AMOLED LTPO panel with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a resolution of 2K. The panel will also support an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
The smartphone will have a 50 MP resolution for its main, ultra-wide, and telephoto cameras. The primary snapper will support optical image stabilization while the telephoto camera will incorporate macro-shooting capabilities and 3x optical zoom.
The periscope telephoto camera will have a resolution of 200 MP and support 4.3x optical zoom. The selfie and video-calling camera on the front will have a resolution of 32 MP.

The 15 Ultra will be powered by a 6,000 mAh battery supporting 50 W wireless charging and 90 W wired charging.
Release Date
An unofficial poster has come up on Weibo stating that the home country or China launch of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will take place on the 26th of February 2025 in China at 19:00 hours local time. It will set foot in the global market after the MWC 2025 tech exhibition in Barcelona, Spain between 03 and 06 March this year.
