The Xiaomi 15T lineup entered the rumor arena a few days back. While various specs have been leaked about the series in the past, the smartphones have been listed on multiple platforms.
The global variants of the handsets have now been spotted on the Geekbench and TDRA certification platforms.
Geekbench Database Listing
The Geekbench listing does not mention the name of the smartphone and only highlights the model number 25069PTEBG that is associated with the Xiaomi 15T.

The Xiaomi 15 T will house a Dimensity 8400 chipset along with 12 GB of RAM under its hood. There will be an integrated ARM Mali-G720 MC7 GPU. The smartphone will run on Android 15.
The Xiaomi 15T Pro was earlier listed on the same database with the model number 2506BPN68G. The smartphone scores 1611 points, 1572 points, and 2223 points in the single-precision, half-precision, and quantized tests, respectively.
The handset will house a Dimensity 9400+ chipset along with 12 GB of RAM under its hood. There will be an integrated ARM Mali- G925-Immortalis MC12 GPU. The smartphone will run on Android 15.
TUV Certification Listing
The TUV certification listing highlights the Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro with their model numbers 25069PTEBG and 2506BPN68G, respectively. The listing does not reveal any specifications about the series.
Expected Xiaomi 15T, 15T Pro Specs
Going by past details, the handsets will have a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP telephoto camera, and a 13 MP ultra-wide camera on the back, as well as a 32 MP camera on the front.

They will also have an IP 69-rated body and a 5500 mAh body.
While the Xiaomi 15 T will support 67 W wired fast charging and a plastic frame, the Xiaomi 15 T will feature 90 W fast charging and a metal body.
