Xiaomi has already launched its Xiaomi Pad 7 lineup comprising the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro in China in October with upgraded network capabilities.
After their release in their home country, the Xiaomi Pad 7 tablets were spotted on the Indonesia-based SDPPI certification platform. Following this, they have now been listed on the US-based FCC certification database with the same model numbers. These two listings hint that a global launch is around the corner.
FCC Certification Listings
The FCC listings only mention the model numbers of the tablets and not their names. The Pad 7 has been listed with the model number 2410CRP4CG whereas the Pad 7 Pro has been spotted with the model number 24091RPADG.
The listings reveal that the base variant will be available with RAM options of 8 GB and 12 GB. The 8 GB option will be available with storage options of 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB. On the other hand, the Pro variant will come in 8 GB and 128 GB or 256 GB as well as 12 GB and 256 GB or 512 GB options. Both devices will come with HyperOS 2.0 preinstalled.
The Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro will have advanced or upgraded wireless network capabilities. While the former tablet will offer Wi-Fi 6E wireless connectivity, the latter will incorporate Wi-Fi 7 connectivity.
Other Specifications
The Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro have IPS LCD 11.2-inch displays with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and 3200 x 2136 resolution. They also house a battery with the same 8,850 mAh capacity but different charging speeds.

The Pad 7 comes with a primary camera with a 13 MP resolution on the back and a secondary camera with a resolution of 8 MP on the front. On the other hand, the Pad 7 Pro houses a 50 MP snapper along with a 2 MP depth sensor on the rear and a 32 MP front-facing snapper.
The exact launch date of the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro globally are yet to be known. However, the Pad 7 may be released in June in India like its predecessor did in June 2023. Like the Pad 6 Pro, the Pad 7 Pro may not have an India release.
