The Xiaomi Pad 7 lineup and the Xiaomi 15 series are expected to be launched in China towards the end of the month.
A new listing for the Xiaomi Pad 7 has now appeared on the BIS certification platform indicating an imminent Indian launch and hence is likely to be available globally.
BIS Certification Listing
The only information available about the Xiaomi Pad 7 tablet on the BIS certification platform is its model number. The platform reveals the model number of the tablet as 2410CRP4CI. The “I” at the end of the model number highlights that the tablet spotted is an interesting variant. The model number is similar to that of the global variant of the Pad 7 Pro with the 2410CRP4CG model number.

The Chinese variant of the Pad 7 was spotted on the 3C platform recently with a similar model number 2410CRP4CC. This listing also points out that the tablet will be equipped with a charger supporting 45 W fast charging. The certification also mentions that the Pad 7 Pro will support 68 W rapid charging.
Expected Xiaomi Pad 7 Lineup Specifications
The Pad 7 and the bigger Pad 7 Pro will have large 11-inch displays. The same source which hinted about the launch timeframe of the tablets mentions that the Pad 7 will house the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. If this is true, it will be a leap from the earlier Snapdragon 870 processor.

On the back, the tablets will sport the same design as that of the previous generation. This means that their back panels will have a square camera module. They will run with Android 14 topped with the manufacturer’s HyperOS custom skin out of the box. Both tablets will receive Android OS updates for three years as well as security patch updates for four years.
