Samsung took the entertainment world by storm when it unveiled the premium QLED TVs at the CES 2017 back in January.
When March came around, the South Korean tech giant confirmed the global launch of the same Samsung QLED TVs, but it has taken close to two months for the same TV sets to hit the Indian market. It is true the Indian market is attracting quite a good number of OEMs with their products and with the latest Samsung QLED TVs, it just shows how Sammy is trying to force its way into this market.
This is true because Samsung is offering anybody who pre-orders the Samsung QLED TVs launched in the country a free Galaxy S8+, a phone that has just started shipping in the same Indian market. The prices of the five QLED TVs launched range from Rs 314,900 to Rs 2,499,900. The TVs come in three series of Q7, Q8 and Q9 and there are up to four different screen sizes – 55 inches, 65 inches, 75 inches and a massive 88-inch panel. The event also witnessed the launch of the innovative Frame TV.
Pre-orders of the just launched Samsung QLED TVs have already started and they’ll be going on until May 21. During this period, persons who go ahead and actually place an order for the TVs will also get a free Galaxy S8+, but you only get the chance to win the gold color variant. As always with such goodies, there’s a catch.
Apparently, only those who pre-order these Samsung QLED TVs – QA55Q7FAMKLXL and QA55Q8CAMKLXL as well as QA65Q7FAMKLXL and QA65Q8CAMKLX. As for the official prices of the five QLED TVs available in India, the entry-level Samsung Q7F with a 55-inch flat screen will set you back Rs 314,900 while the curved screen variant of the same size (Q8C) will set you back Rs 344,900.
There are also two 65-inch Samsung QLED TVs where one has a curved screen (Q8C) and costs Rs 470,900 while the other is a flat screen (Q7F) and costs Rs 440,900. The high-end Samsung Q8C has a 75-inch curved screen and it will set you back Rs 1,099,900.
