Samsung is reported to use a new naming convention for the Galaxy S26 lineup, comprising the Galaxy S26 Pro, S26 Edge, and S26 Ultra.
The Galaxy S26 Pro is touted to be a replacement for the base variant and will arrive as the successor to the Galaxy S25. With new details emerging about the series repeatedly, the most recent leak is about the battery and display of the S26 Pro.
Expected Battery and Display
The report by Digital Chat Station claims that the Galaxy Pro will draw its juice from a 4,300 mAh battery. If this is true, the smartphone will have a slightly bigger battery than the Galaxy S25, which has a 4,000 mAh battery. Incidentally, this also falls in line with an earlier report about the battery of the smartphone.

Like the battery, the display size of the upcoming Pro variant is also bound to be marginally bigger than its predecessor. The handset will have a 6.27-inch display with thin bezels on all sides. The S25 is available with a display of 6.2 inches.
Other Rumored Galaxy S26 Pro Specs
Going by past reports, the smartphone will be powered by either a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 for Galaxy chip from Qualcomm or the brand’s Exynos 2600 processor. It will be available with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of storage. Like the other handsets in the series, it is likely to support Qi2 wireless charging with built-in magnets.

The Galaxy S26 Pro will have three cameras on the back. These are a primary camera with a 50 MP resolution and an ultra-wide camera with a resolution of 12 MP, along with a telephoto camera. It is not known if the telephoto shooter would portray any enhancements.
All smartphones in the lineup will encompass an NFC antenna at the top. This is bound to improve the mobile payments experience.
