The rumor mill has churned out quite a few details of the affordable Galaxy Z Flip FE from Samsung in the past.
One of them cited that the smartphone will break cover along with the more expensive Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 in July this year.
However, a new report from The Bell now states that the handset will have a delayed launch and is expected to see the light of day in Q4 2025 along with the manufacturer’s tri-fold.
Expected Galaxy Z Flip FE Details
Past reports have indicated that the Z Flip FE will share most of the specifications of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 while the design is reminiscent of the Z Flip 6.
The smartphone will house 8 GB of RAM under its hood. While one set of reports claims that the foldable will house the manufacturer’s Exynos 2500 chipset, other reports indicate that the choice of processor will be an Exynos 2400e chipset. This is the same processor that the manufacturer opted for in the Galaxy S24 FE. It will additionally comprise a maximum of 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.

On the back, the handset will have two cameras with a 12 MP resolution. The two cameras will be a main camera and an ultra-wide camera. There will also be a 10 MP snapper on the front.
The Z Flip FE will have a 6.7-inch inner display and a 3.4-inch cover display.
It is worth noting that the brand has not confirmed any of the above specifications and hence must be considered with a pinch of salt.
Galaxy Tri-Fold
Samsung has not declared a name for its upcoming trifold. However, it could be associated with the Galaxy G Fold branding.
