iQOO Neo 10S Listed on 3C Certification and Geekbench Databases

iQOO Neo 10 Series

Vivo’s sub-brand is working on its iQOO Neo 10S lineup as the successor to the Neo 9S Pro series.

While a few specs of the Neo 10S have been leaked in the past, the smartphone has been released on the 3C Certification and Geekbench databases with the same model number V2463A, but have no mention about the name.

The 3C certification reveals that the iQOO Neo 10S will be equipped with a V12060L1H3-CN charger. The database listing also confirms that the handset will support 5G connectivity and 120 W fast charging.

Geekbench Listing

According to the Geekbench listing, the Neo 10S scores 3005 points in the single-core test and 9352 points in the multi-core test.

The handset will house a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor from Qualcomm under its hood. This will be accompanied by 12 GB RAM and the smartphone will come with Android 15 out of the box. The source code of this listing also reveals that there will be a dedicated Adreno 830 GPU.

Expected Neo 10S Specifications

Going by a post on Weibo by tipster Digital Chat Station, the smartphone will have a dedicated display chip. It will have a flat AMOLED 6.82-inch display with a resolution of 2K. There will also be an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.

In the optics division, the Neo 10S will have two cameras on the back panel. Each of them will have a 50 MP resolution. As for the battery, the handset will have a huge 7,000 mAh+ battery.

Vivo has not yet confirmed the name iQOO Neo 10S. Its speculated specifications indicate that the handset will succeed the Neo 9S Pro+. This means that it makes more sense for the smartphone to be associated with the Neo 10S Pro+ moniker.

Although the exact launch date is not yet known, the Neo 10 lineup is slated to break cover in the home country, China, in May 2025.
