Samsung is reported to be working on a new foldable that is likely to be called the Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra.
This is expected to be a premium offering from the brand in the foldable segment as indicated by the company through a video teaser.
Rumored Z Fold7 Ultra Details
The video highlights that the Z Fold 7 Ultra will have a high-class camera setup. If this is true, it could pose a challenge to the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro which is noted for its camera capabilities.

Additionally, the teaser indicates that the handset will have a slim profile that makes it the thinnest foldable released by the manufacturer in this segment so far. For the unversed, the Fold Special Edition has a thickness of 4.9 mm while the thickness of the Z Fold 6 is 5.6 mm.
The manufacturer is anticipated to incorporate AI-driven features in the foldable for improved everyday use. The video mentions that the smartphone will support various voice control functions that allow users to go about their daily tasks effortlessly and support multitasking. In the unfolded state, the handset will offer a large entertainment or workspace screen with Galaxy AI accommodating the format.
The Z Fold 7 Ultra is likely to follow the footsteps of the Fold Special Edition, which was launched exclusively in South Korea and China in terms of design. It may also share some features of the foldable that has a thin and lightweight build.
