The upcoming Huawei Y9 (2019) that has a model number of JKM-TL00 has appeared on TENAA today.
A variant of the same phone that has a model number of JKM-LX1 was spotted on the website Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) in the previous week. Hence, it can be deduced the JKM-TL00 Huawei phone that has arrived on TENAA is the Chinese edition of the Huawei Y9 (2019).

At present, Huawei Y9 (2019) specifications and images are yet to appear on its TENAA listing, but these may appear in a day or two. Since the Y-series of smartphones are Not only Y9 (2019), Huawei has also registered Y10 moniker with European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). There is no confirmation on when the company will be launching the Y10 smartphone.

The EEC has also certified by the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro smartphones in the recent past. Huawei has recently confirmed that it will be holding a launch event in London on Oct. 16 to officially unveil the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro. Since the announcement of launch event for Mate 20 duo comes in quick succession of their EEC approval, it is likely that the arrival of the Huawei Y9 (2019) may not be far as it has been already approved by the same body.
