By rolling out a press release yesterday, LG introduced the LG V35 ThinQ flagship phone.
It has arrived as a successor for the LG V30 phone from last year. The V35 ThinQ is the second Snapdragon 845 smartphone from the company in this year. The LG G7 ThinQ that is powered by the same SoC was introduced at the beginning of this month. The LG V35 has now appeared on Geekbench a few hours ago and we were quick to spot it. Its listing reveals that it has managed to score highest ever multi-core score among all the LG devices that have appeared on Geekbench till date.
The LG V35 ThinQ variant that has been spotted on the benchmarking site features Snapdragon 845 SoC and 6 GB of RAM. It is loaded with Android 8.0 Oreo. It has respectively recorded 2452 and 9084 points on Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests. Following is the screenshot of the all the LG devices that have been found listed on Geekbench. The LG G7 ThinQ that is listed as LGE LM-G710 has scored 2455 and 9082 respectively on single-core and multi-core tests.
Even though the LG V35 ThinQ has scored the highest multi-score among all LG devices on the benchmarking platform, there is negligible difference compared to the multi-core score of LG G7 ThinQ that also features Snapdragon 845, 6 GB of RAM and Android 8.0 Oreo.
This shows that the newly announced LG V35 ThinQ is one of the best devices from LG when it comes to performance. Moreover, it has packed some common features that are available on the LG G7 ThinQ such as 16-megapixel dual cameras, 8-megapixel front-facing camera, 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC and, DTX-Surround sound support.
