Sledgehammer Games has just announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 players now have the opportunity to unlock six different weapon camos that can be used in the game. The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Rewind event is on till October 16, 2024. During this time, players can unlock the camos.

Activision and Microsoft are making plans to ensure that Modern Warfare 3 gets a glorious farewell. To celebrate the title and the value it added to the lives of gamers, Sledgehammer Games has put together the Rewind event that offers special rewards for players. Loyal fans will have the opportunity to get a new Operator skin along with a plethora of cosmetic upgrades that can be utilized in Call of Duty: Warzone.

While there are many exciting rewards in store, players are expected to be most enthusiastic about the final six weapon camo schemes in MW 3. On the official Modern Warfare 3 Reddit, Sledgehammer Games posted a video preview of the camos. As is the case with every other camo in the game, these six camos can be unlocked by getting through the MW 3 weapon camo challenges.
It is important for players to remember that the camos are usable in Warzone after being unlocked. However, players must own MW 3 in order to move ahead or make some progress with the challenges. The challenges mostly revolve around getting Operator Kills with the help of specific weapons or loadout weapons.

Sledgehammer Games had earlier confirmed that the six Modern Warfare 3 weapon camos rolled out during the Rewind event have been designed as flashy animated weapon skins. While some of the weapon camos feature bright illuminations, some have chillwave designs on them.
