The Oppo Find X8 Mini will join the Oppo Find X8 series, which currently comprises the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro.
The smartphone is targeted at delivering the best of both worlds – a compact design and flagship performance. A new leak now shares some key specifications of the smartphone.
Processor, Camera, and Display
The leak from Digital Chat Station on Weibo does not mention the name of the handset. However, the details listed point out that the smartphone referred to is the Find X8 Mini.

The smartphone will house a Dimensity 9400 processor under the hood. This is the same processor that the manufacturer has opted for in the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. The RAM and storage details are not yet known. It will run on Android 15 with the manufacturer’s ColorOS 15.
Camera performance is anticipated to be one of the key highlights of the Oppo Find X8 Mini. The handset is slated to incorporate Sony’s high-quality IMX9 series sensor with a 50 MP resolution for its primary camera to render excellent shots. The handset will also encompass a periscope telephoto camera with the same resolution.
On the display front, the handset is expected to have a flat LTPO OLED with a size of 6.31 inches and a resolution of 1.5 K. The UFSC charging database listing indicates a 5,600 mAh battery while the tipster’s leak highlights support for wireless charging. There may be 80 W fast charging support like the earlier models.

The smartphone will also be supported by a glass body enclosed in a metal middle frame. The handset will also incorporate a short-focus optical fingerprint sensor.
Oppo has still not made any official statement about the launch of the Oppo Find X8 Mini. However, it is expected to arrive along with the manufacturer’s Find X8 Ultra in the same series in the first half of this year, mostly in March 2025. There is no information about a global release.
