The rumor mill has spun various details about the Oppo Find X9 series in the past.
A new leak has now emerged revealing the names of four smartphones in the series and also their launch timeframes. The latest leak comes in the form of an official post on Weibo by product head Zhou Yibao of the brand. According to this post, the Oppo Find X9 and X9 Pro will find their way into the market in the second half of this year. They will be followed by the Find X9s and Find X9 Ultra during the first half of the next year. The post also makes it clear that this will be the timeframe in the future, every year.
Going by past reports, there will be different choices for the chipsets in the Find X9 series of handsets.

While the Oppo Find X9 and X9 Pro will house the Dimensity 9500 processor from MediaTek, the top-end Find X9 Ultra will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor from Qualcomm. On the other hand, the Find X9s will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 9500+ processor under its hood.
The rear camera module of the Find X9 series will be at the top left corner. All four smartphones will have a periscope telephoto lens. While the Pro variant will incorporate one periscope telephoto camera with a resolution of 200 MP, the Find X9 Ultra will support two periscope shooters with improved zoom capabilities.

The Find X9 will be equipped with a 6.59-inch display, whereas the Pro variant will come with a 6.78-inch display. The Find X9 Ultra will have the biggest display in the lineup with a size of 6.82 inches. In contrast, the Find X9s will house the smallest display of 6.3 inches in size. All displays will be flat panels.
The Oppo Find X9 series will come with Android 16 topped with the manufacturer’s ColorOS 16 preinstalled. Speculations are rife that the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro will break cover in September 2025.
