After unveiling the Oppo Find X9 series in its home country China, the manufacturer has started actively working on the lineup in a bid to challenge the upcoming iPhone 17 lineup.
This is not new as the Find X8 range of smartphones competed with the iPhone 16 series. A new leak now gives some interesting details about the upcoming lineup.
The post on the popular Weibo platform by tipster Digital Chat Station reveals that there will likely be four handsets in the series. They are slated to be the Oppo Find X9, Find X9 Plus, Find X9 Pro, and Find X9 Ultra.

Each of the Oppo smartphones will compete with a handset in the iPhone 17 lineup featuring the iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max.
The leak also mentions that all four smartphones will come with straight or flat displays. The Find X9 will have the smallest screen in the lineup while the Find X9 Pro will have a medium-sized screen. On the other hand, the Find X9 Pro and Find X9 Ultra will feature large displays.
No other information about the Oppo Find X9 series is available at the moment and we can expect to get more details in the coming days.
Apart from the above details about the forthcoming series, the tipster has also shared an interesting detail about one of the upcoming Find X8 handsets. Going by his/her statement, the compact 6.3-inch smartphone will not officially be called the Oppo Find X8 Mini.

While the name has not been stated, earlier reports and talks doing the rounds indicate that the handset would be known as Oppo Find X8 Next.
Expected Oppo Find X8 Mini / Find X8 Next Specs
The Find X8 Mini/Next will have a flat 6.3-inch LTPO OLED panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 1.5 K resolution. The smartphone will have a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor and Android 15 layered with ColorOS 15 preinstalled.
