Oppo Pad SE Key Specs Revealed Before Launch

The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo will release the Oppo Pad SE along with the Reno 14 lineup at a launch event in China on the 15th of this month.

The official listing of the tablet mentions the main specifications of the Pad SE. The tablet is targeted at children and is designed to help them with their education.

The brand has confirmed that the Oppo Pad SE will encompass an LCD panel of 11 inches in size. However, the resolution and refresh rate are not known at the moment.

Under the hood, the tablet will house a new Dimensity G100 chipset. There will be three RAM and storage combinations. These are the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 8 GB + 256 GB storage options.

The Pad SE will draw its juice from a massive 9,340 mAh battery. The charging details are unavailable for the moment. However, the huge battery size is likely to support long hours of use with a single charge.

The tablet is not likely to support cellular connectivity. As an education-centric tablet, it will come loaded with various eye care features and learning resources.

The device will be available in two color options. These colors are Night Blue and Starlight Silver and will be available in a Soft Light Edition finish.

The Oppo Pad SE has been listed on the Geekbench database and has bagged Singapore’s IMDA certification.

The latter listing hints that the tablet will be available in Singapore also apart from the home country. It is not clear which other countries the device will be available in globally.

Reno 14 Series

The Reno 14 series includes the Reno 14 and 14 Pro. While the standard variant will comprise a 50 MP telephoto shooter and a 6.59-inch display, the Pro variant will incorporate a 50 MP periscope telephoto snapper and a 6.83-inch display. Both smartphones will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset.
