The Realme RMX1925 has bagged approval from India’s Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) authorities.
The BIS approval only revealed the model number. However, the NBTC listing has confirmed that its name is Realme 5s.
As of now, there is no information on the specifications of the Realme 5s. It remains to be seen whether the Realme 5s will be slotted between Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro. There is a possibility that it could be arriving with specifications that are less powerful than the Realme 5. It is recommended to wait for further leaks to more about it.
Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro Specifications and Features
The Realme 5 has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display whereas the Realme 5 Pro has a 6.3-inch IPS LCD screen. Both support full HD+ resolution. The Realme 5 is powered by Snapdragon 665 and up to 4 GB of RAM. It comes with up to 128 GB of storage.
The Pro model is fueled by Snapdragon 710 chipset and it has up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage. These phones run on Android 9 Pie OS and ColorOS 6.1.
The Realme 5 has a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging whereas the Realme 5 Pro is backed by 4,035 mAh battery that comes with 20W VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge through USB-C. The Realme 5 has a 13-megapixel selfie snapper and the Pro model has a 16-megapixel front camera.
Realme 5 Pro has 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera on its rear. The Realme 5 also features a quad camera system with a 12-megapixel main lens and its other lenses are same as that of Pro model.
