Samsung will soon add the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE to its S25 lineup.
In this regard, the smartphone has already been listed on the Geekbench database with details about its processor, RAM, and operating system. A new Geekbench listing of Samsung Galaxy S25 FE has now once again come up with the GPU and AI performance scores of the handset.
Geekbench Listing
The Geekbench database reveals only the model number SM-S731U of the smartphone and not its name.
According to the listing, the Galaxy S25 FE scores 13776 points in the Geekbench OpenCL test. The listing once again iterates the fact that the handset will support an Exynos 2400 processor and 8 GB of RAM along with a Xclipse 940 GPU.

As for the Geekbench AI scores, the smartphone scores 2039 points in the half precision test, 2124 points in the single precision test, and 3009 points in the quantized test.
Expected Galaxy S25 FE Specs
From the few details available, the handset will have a Super AMOLED 6.7-inch display with a peak brightness of 2600 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The S25 FE will have three cameras arranged vertically, comprising a 50 MP primary camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 10 MP telephoto lens. There will be a 12 MP front-facing camera.
The smartphone will come with Android 16 topped with the brand’s One UI 8 preinstalled.

5K leaked renders show that the handset will not have rings around the camera sensors like its predecessor although both smartphones appear similar in other aspects. Sporting a size of 161.4 x 76.6 x 7.4 mm, it will have thinner bezels and an overall slimmer body.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is touted to see the light of day in either late Q3 2025 or the beginning of Q4 2025.
