Sprint came up with new Apple iPhone 6S offers on Friday and it will allow the users to buy a second iPhone for free.
The limited buy-one get-one offer is available only on the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus. The offer, though, is applicable only for new customers who are going for a new service while also possessing an upgrade option in their Sprint account. The buy-one get-one offer does not necessarily allow the customer to receive an iPhone 6S at no cost. Instead, the price of the device gets split up in monthly bills and it is also heavily discounted.
The offers should come as no surprise, as Sprint needed to clear up stocks of the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus. The next-generation iPhone is set to be launched at the start of September. Even though there will be more offers on the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus then, these are thought to be the best offers in the current market.
Sprint is offering the 16 GB iPhone 6S at $27.09 per month for 24 months. There is no down payment associated in this plan. The slightly more expensive 16 GB variant of the iPhone 6S Plus will cost $31.25 on a similar 24-month contract. Even if these contract options do not appeal now, Sprint will allow users to just lease the iPhone 6S instead.
Even though the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus are about to be replaced as the best iPhones in the market, they are going to be replaced by an even better device in the form of the iPhone 7. Rumors are that the next generation phone will come in three variants and a long list of features like the dual camera setup. Apple CEO Tim Cook has promised exciting changes on the next-generation iPhone.
However, it does not make the current generation iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus as obsolete. Both are extremely good and provide something for everyone. Recent price drops mean that the phone is a whole lot cheaper – even without any contracts – compared to when it was launched in the middle of 2015.
The iPhone 6S comes with a 4.7 inch display while the iPhone 6S Plus has a 5.5-inch screen. The availability of more screen real estate helps the iPhone compete with the Android devices in much better way.
