Skywind happens to be a mod that a bunch of volunteers have been trying to put together since the year 2012. Through this mod, the volunteers want to give players the opportunity to explore a world that they have not been able to as yet.

The Elder Scrolls has benefitted greatly from a thriving modding community. This has resulted in a plethora of well-designed mods coming to the fore. However, the excitement surrounding Skywind is something else and something one has not witnessed in the past. The mod team is working towards getting The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind recreated in Skyrim’s engine.

Skywind also has a dedicated YouTube channel wherein one can see the developer showcasing close to two hours of gameplay. Some of the locations one comes across in the gameplay video are the Sixth House strongholds, the House Hlaaluas and the House Telvanni. In the video, the team discusses how the interiors of the building have been designed and constructed from scratch. Apart from the return of some much-loved features like spell crafting, the mod will mark the arrival of some new features that would contribute towards making the game more immersive.
