Verizon has released the Android 11 update for Galaxy A10e, while the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G and Nokia 3 V get a new security patch.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy M62 are also receiving a new update in various regions.
Samsung Galaxy A10e
Verizon-bouned Galaxy A10e is receiving system update 11 which brings the Android 11 major upgrade. The update brings Samsung’s latest One UI 3.1 skin at the top. The smartphone was launched back in 2019 with Android 9 Pie on board. Last year, it got upgraded to Android 10 and is now receiving its second major OS upgrade in the form of Android 11.
The update brings a bunch of new improvements and features to the Galaxy A10e which include – Chat bubbles, one-time permission, a refreshed UI, permission auto reset, Quick panel improvements, and better media controls. Verizon has also added July 2021 security patch in the new update, which further improves the system security and privacy.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G
Verizon has released a new software update for Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G that brings July 2021 security patch. As per the changelog, the update also brings several performance improvements. The new update for Galaxy Note 10+ 5G is rolling out as system update number 23 from Verizon.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy M62
Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy M62 are receiving a new software update from Samsung that brings July 2021 security patch. The new update for Galaxy Z Fold 2 is currently rolling out in Germany with firmware version F916BXXU1DUF1, while Galaxy M62 is receiving its new update in Malaysia and Vietnam, which is identified by firmware version M625FXXU1AUG2.
Nokia 3 V
Verizon rolls out system update 9 for Noia 3 V that bumps Android security patch level to July 2021. It is a minor security patch update, so don’t expect to see any new features or performance improvements. The new security patch fixes a bunch of system security and privacy-related vulnerabilities. Therefore, it’s always recommended to have the latest security patch installed on your phone.
