Samsung Galaxy A21, Galaxy Tab A 8.4, Moto Z4, and Nokia 2 V Tella are receiving a new security update from Verizon.

The new software update for Verizon-bound Galaxy Tab A 8.4 brings the September 2021 security patch, while the Galaxy A21 receives a month older August 2021 security patch. Motorola Moto Z4 gets the July security update, and the Nokia 2 V Tella’s update brings August and September 2021 security patches. Galaxy A30s, A50, Nokia G20, and Nokia 3.4 also receive the September 2021 security update in various regions.

Verizon-bound Galaxy Tab A 8.4 is receiving system update number 9 that brings the September 2021 security patch update. Galaxy A30s has also started receiving the newest security update in Argentina, while Galaxy A50′ September 2021 security update is rolling out in Panama and Trinidad and Tobago. As announced by Samsung, the new security patch fixes nearly 50 vulnerabilities related to system security and privacy.

Samsung Galaxy A21

System update Number 7 is rolling out to Samsung Galaxy A21 on Verizon’s network. It brings the latest security patch released in September 2021. It is a minor security patch update. So, don’t expect to see any new features, performance improvements, or UI changes.

Nokia 2 V Tella, Nokia G20, and Nokia 3.4

Verizon-bound Nokia 2 V Tella is getting the August and September 2021 security update with the 6th system update. Nokia G20 is also receiving the newest security update in Australia and India. It has a download size of just 26.49MB. As it is just a minor security patch update, don’t expect new features or performance improvements. Nokia 3.4 is another phone receiving the September security patch.

Motorola Moto Z4

Motorola Moto Z4 on Verizon’s network is receiving a new software update. It mainly brings the July 2021 security patch for system security and privacy improvements. It is rolling out as system update number 14 for the Moto Z4. In addition to a new security patch, it fixes the one-way audio call issue on specific devices and improves device stability.
