Vivo is reported to be working on the release of the Vivo X200 FE outside its home country.
While the rumor mill is busy churning out details of the upcoming X Fold 5, the X200 FE has made its way to the Geekbench database. The smartphone was earlier listed on the Bluetooth SIG database with the V2503 and V2505 model numbers as well as on the TUV SUD, SIRIM, BIS, NCC, and IMDA platforms.
Geekbench Database Listing
The Geekbench database listing does not mention the name of the handset. However, it does mention the model number V2503, which confirms the smartphone as the Vivo X200 FE.

The handset scores 2087 points in the single-core test. It also scores 6808 points in the multi-core tests. It houses a Dimensity 9300+ processor from MediaTek and 12 GB of RAM under its hood. The source code listing reveals that the smartphone also has a dedicated Mali-G720 Immortalis MC12 GPU. The X200 FE runs on Android 15.
Expected Vivo X200 FE Specs
There are talks that the Vivo X200 FE will be a rebranding of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini that was launched in China recently. If this is true, both smartphones will share many common specifications.
The X200 FE will have an LTPO OLED display. The display will have a size of 6.31 inches, a resolution of 1.5K, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
There will be another RAM option of 16 GB. There will be two storage options of 256 GB and 512 GB. The handset will support Funtouch OS 15.

On the back panel, there will be a 50 MP camera with OIS support, an 8 MP periscope camera, and an 8 MP ultra-wide camera. The front-facing camera will have a resolution of 50 MP.
The smartphone will have a huge 6,500 mAh battery with support for 90 W fast charging.
The Vivo X200 FE will be available in four colors of yellow, pink, gray, and black. It is anticipated to break cover in the global market in the first couple of weeks of July 2025.
