The Oppo K12 Plus was launched recently in China with a slight variation from the K12 that marked its arrival early this year.
There are three smartphones in the Oppo K12 lineup that are the Oppo K12x, Oppo K12, and Oppo K12 Plus. The main differences between the three smartphones are their cameras, processors, charging speeds, and price points.
Camera Setup
The Oppo K12x comes with a 50 MP primary camera along with a 2 MP depth sensor. On the other hand, the Oppo K12 and Oppo K12+ house a Sony LYT-600 primary shooter with OIS support. They also have a Sony IM355 8 MP ultra-wide sensor.
Processor Specifications
The base Oppo K12x is available in the home market with a Snapdragon 695 processor and a Dimensity 6300 processor in India and some other markets. The advanced K12 handsets have a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset along with up to 512 GB storage and 12 GB RAM.
Battery Details
The Oppo K12x is powered by a 5500 mAh battery with 80 W rapid charging support. The middle model Oppo K12 is equipped with a 5500 mAh battery supporting 100 W fast charging. The Oppo K12 Plus has the biggest 6400 mAh battery with 100 W charging.
OnePlus Nord Series Rebranding
The Oppo K12x and OnePlus K12 have been launched in the global market with the OnePlus Nord CE 4 models. While the OnePlus K12x is available as the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite outside China, the Oppo K12 is rebranded as OnePlus Nord CE 4.

The Nord CE models have so far included a Lite model and a standard model. Hence, it is yet to be seen if the Oppo K12+ will have a OnePlus Nord series rebranding.
The Oppo K12x is priced at USD 155 while the Oppo K12 costs USD 270. The Oppo K12 Plus is the most expensive with a price tag of USD 280.
