Xiaomi 2201116SC has bagged approval from the 3C certification platform of China. It is speculated that this device may release as a Redmi branded device.
It is unclear whether it is a Redmi K50 series smartphone or a phone from the Note 11 family.
Xiaomi 2201116SC 3C Certified
The 3C certification of the Xiaomi phone with 2201116SC reveals that it is a 5G-ready device. It also shows that the device may ship with an MDY-12-EF charger, which offers maximum charging speeds of 67W fast charging.
Unfortunately, the final moniker of the 2201116SC remains a mystery. Yesterday, Redmi confirmed that it will be announcing the Redmi K50 series of smartphones in February. The lineup is likely to include around two to three devices. The 21121210C model, which was recently certified by TENAA and 3C authorities is also expected to debut as a Redmi K50 series phone.
Since the 21121210C has been spotted at a 120W charger, it is likely to debut as the Redmi K50 Pro in China. However, contradictory reports have claimed that it could be debuting with the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition. Probably, the newly spotted 2201116SC could be the starting model from the K50 series.
