Renowned tipster Digital Chat Station took to the Chinese Weibo platform recently to mention that the Pad 7 will come equipped with Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. This chipset is slated to be launched this month. If the statement made by DCS turns out to be true, it will mean that the tablet has made a noteworthy update over the earlier model that had a Snapdragon 870 SoC chipset.

The design of the tablets is anticipated to be the same as before.  There will be a square camera island on the back. However, the gadgets are slated to have bigger displays and they will feature the manufacturer’s HyperOS.

The same tipster has also mentioned that the launch of the Pad 7 series tablets may happen along with the Xiaomi 15 series of smartphones. This is possible as the manufacturer followed the same trend to launch its Pad 6 Max 14 and Pad 6S Pro tablets.
