Xiaomi Riva spotted in Geekbench benchmark scores is expected to be an upcoming entry level smartphone to woo the buyers yet again.
Xiaomi has managed to impress people in the Asian continent with a strong fan following in China, Japan, India, Taiwan and other popular markets. The company continues to keep their stocks under low numbers so that there is always demand for their cheap yet most value for money smartphones. Recently, a new phone titled Riva was spotted in Geekbench. It does come from Xiaomi and the specifications of the model has been spotted online including its processing power and other details.
According to the Geekbench listing, Xiaomi Riva is powered by a 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core processor combined with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone manufacturer is known for offering the best specifications on their budget friendly phones even though there is a prevalent complaint that their phones get hotter than they should be. Smartphones do tend to get hot when they are turbocharged at the fastest speed but Xiaomi gets really hot that it has been one of the constant complaints even though it is the only company that offers great value for money and reliable phones that last long.
The listing doesn’t provide all the info with regards to the Xiaomi Riva smartphone. The device is supposed to be an entry level model which will get launched with a completely different name. The Riva is supposed to be a codename for the device. Recently, Xiaomi Redmi Pro 2 was also leaked online with promising specifications. The phone is sure to break many benchmarks as it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with a massive 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Even the most demanding customer wouldn’t ask for more than what is being offered in the rumored phone which has a full HD bezel less LCD screen.
Xiaomi is also expanding its stronghold on the market by launching range of Mi products. They already have power banks, routers and other essentials which will soon be joined by laser projectors, Mi Ultrasonic toothbrush and many others. It is to be seen what kind of company Mi brand wants to be in the near future as they are going far away from simply making smartphones into more everyday usage gadgets than smartphones and tablets.
