After many spy photographs, Jaguar has officially released the official image of the 2017 Jaguar XF Sportbrake Estate without a camouflage.

The model was expected to be unveiled only during the launch date but the automobile brand has decided to show the estate to their ardent fans. The next generation car is slated for arrival in the near future and it is easily one of the most practical cars you could go for. The practicality commences in the huge luggage space the model offers. Instead of going with the usual photos, the company has decided to reveal a top down photograph of it making people to guess the space and design from what they could see in the image.

Besides, the particular shot also highlights the full length panoramic glass roof which is a unique aspect of the car. The fixed roof makes it an ideal pick for long trips with the entire family. The design also allows more air into the cabin making it feel fresh at all times and keeps it bright especially during your summer holidays. In terms of design, the XF estate will get its inspiration from the XF Saloon with very minimal changes to go with. The designers may not change much from a car which is already proven to be one of the best designs Jaguar has to offer but may have made some minor tweaks.

“Our motto is to bring a whole new level of practicality to the car but at the same time the team worked hard to ensure the dynamic design and the way our customers handle the model doesn’t change much. The balance is mandatory for longtime fans to feel familiar with the car. A silhouette will sweep through the rear,” said Ian Callum, chief designer at Jaguar who confirmed that the Estate will join the Jaguar lineup this Summer.

Sevel spy shots have emerged so far that showed the car’s big luggage area and the roof. The interior changes are still under wraps and it is possible to know more about it only when the company makes the announcement official. Over 1,700 liters of storage is expected when the seats are folded and about 600 liters when all passengers are seated in the car. The 2017 Jaguar XF Sportbrake Estate will be powered by 2.0-liter diesel engines producing about 178 horsepower on the higher end and 161 horsepower in the entry level model. The top end model will go all the way up to 375 horsepower to compete with Audi Rs and Mercedes AMG cars.
