Based on the leaked image of the front panel of Xperia XZ posted on GSMArena, it is easy to see how the front cameras are placed in the device along with the speakers and the proximity sensor. One of the big things about the new flagship model is that it seems to sport a bezel-less design. It is extremely difficult to spot a part of the metal casing used to build the phone. The picture is blurry and it is not easy to confirm things right now. However, Sony is going for a future proof design with the 2017 Xperia XZ that might just bring them back into the smartphone game.

For now, it is tough to comment on the availability of the design, its specifications, processor capacity and pricing. After all, Sony is yet to confirm the Xperia XZ and when they do so, they will obviously discuss all the important aspects of the phone to get buyers interested in their product. The waiting game commences now and it might take another few weeks or couple of months before the model is actually out. On the contrary, if the brand decides to bring it out during Mobile World Congress 2017, it could be a pleasant surprise for everyone.

Bringing Android 7.0 Nougat is a primary objective for all smartphone manufacturers. Sony is no different! However, Google continues to receive performance issues and reports with regards to their new operating system. Sony Xperia X and X Compact received the Nougat update just a week ago. But, the team is already ready with a new update which is 34.2.A.0.273.

The developers didn’t reveal an actual change log for the new update. It is said to be a bug fixing patch that fixes a couple of bugs to improve performance and offer a seamless experience. Most updates will take their own sweet time before they are available for download on your device. However, you can manually head to the settings menu to find any updates and download them immediately. The announcement was made in the official Xperia blog that confirmed its authenticity and it should be safe to get the file, if you phone receives a notification.
