Xiaomi has officially confirmed that it will be launching the Xiaomi Mi 8 flagship phone on May 31.
It has also revealed that it will be unveiling the MIUI 10 at the same event. However, Xiaomi fans are eagerly waiting to know which other devices will be announced next week as Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun had recently claimed that the company will be launching a variety of new products at the upcoming Shenzhen event.
After thoroughly investigating on the launch poster of the Xiaomi Mi 8, some netizens have found that it contains some hidden clues on the new products that may unveiled on May 31.
As it can be seen above, the three red-colored circles hint that there could be three new Xiaomi phones. It is now being speculated that these three smartphones could be Xiaomi Mi 8, Mi 8 Plus and Mi 7.
The green circle towards the bottom looks like a wireless charging bed. This could mean that the new upcoming flagships may carry support for wireless charging.
What’s visible inside the black circle in the image is being assumed as the rumored Mi Band 3 fitness tracker.
Lastly, the circuit board seen in the number 8 could mean that the company may launch the much-awaited Surge S2 home-brewed chip. The SoC that is speculated to be based on TSMC’s 16nm process was previously rumored to debut at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018. However, it now seems that the Chinese firm could be using its upcoming 2018 annual product launch event to announce it.
Readers are advised to take the report with a pinch of salt and wait for newer official teasers to surface before drawing into any conclusion.
