Alleged Realme X9 Pro (RMX3381) with Dimensity 810 SoC and 8GB RAM Spotted on Geekbench

Geekbench listing reveals that the Realme X9 Pro may have Dimensity 810 SoC and 8GB RAM.

Realme X9 series is reportedly in the works, which is likely to come as a successor to the Realme 8 series which was launched earlier this year. The X9 series is likely to include at least two phones – Realme X9 and X9 Pro. The devices have been spotted on various certifications sites, revealing key details.

Today, we have spotted the Realme X9 Pro on Geekbench with model number RMX3381. Notably, the moniker has not been confirmed yet, however, the RMX3381 is expected to launch as Realme X9 Pro.

According to the Geekbench listing, the Realme RMX3381 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek SoC code-named ‘ARM MT6833V/PNZA‘ which has two cores clocked at 2.4GHz. It suggests that Dimensity 810 SoC could be used in the phone. The Soc is coupled with 8GB RAM. The phone boots Android 11 out of the box and is likely to come with Relame UI 2.0 skin at the top. When tested on Geekbench v5, the device managed to score 6.9 points in the single-core test and 1,803 points in the multi-core test.

The smartphone was recently spotted on China’s TENAA certification website along with full specifications. It revealed that the phone has a 6.5-inch TFT display with 1080 x 2400 pixels FullHD+ resolution. It features a rectangular camera module on the back, similar to the Realme 8 series. The camera island includes a LED flash and triple rear cameras which include – 48MP + 2MP + 2MP. It may come with a 16MP front-facing camera.

The phone is backed by a 4,880mAh rated capacity, which should have a typical capacity of 5,000mAh. Realme X9 Pro may be offered in 4GB / 6GB / 8GB RAM variants and 64GB / 128GB / 256GB storage variants. The phone has an SD card slot for additional storage up to 256GB.

Realme V Series?

A Chinese tipster claims that the Realme RMX3381 is a part of  V-series. Another Chinese tipster Bald Panda reveals that the phone is powered by Dimensity 810 chipset and has a 90Hz LCD display. As of now, it is unclear whether the RMX3381 is Realme X9 Pro or a Realme V-series phone. We can expect more details to surface online, once we get close to the launch.
