A mysterious Vivo phone with a model number of V1922A has appeared on the database of 3C certification body of China.
It is speculated that it could be the rumored Vivo NEX 2 smartphone. Leaked images of the phone have also surfaced through another leak.
The 3C listing of Vivo V1922A smartphone reveals that it will come with V3030A-CN charger that carries support for 44W fast charging. It is the same charger that it comes with Vivo iQOO gaming smartphone. The upcoming iQOO 5G phone with model number V1916A phone was also recently spotted with the same 44W charger on 3C’s database.
The exact identity of the newly spotted of V1922A smartphone is not known yet, but it can be said that it will be a high-end smartphone. It is being speculated that the model number could belong to the upcoming Vivo NEX 2 smartphone.

Last week, popular tipster from China with @UniverseIce Twitter account had shared a render of the upcoming Vivo NEX 2 smartphone. The render revealed that the smartphone features a dual-edge curved screen it features super-slim top and bottom bezels. The renders show that the smartphone will boast a screen-to-body ratio of nearly 100 percent.

Speaking of Vivo NEX 2, leaked images of the phone are now being circulated on Weibo. The frontside of the smartphone that seems to feature a bezel-less display with curved edges seems to resemble with NEX 2 render released shown above.

No details on the specs of the phone are available yet. It remains to be seen whether the smartphone will be equipped with Vivo’s new technologies such as 120W fast charging and dual Wi-Fi acceleration that allows a smartphone to connect to two different Wi-Fi networks simultaneously. It could be fueled by the newly announced Snapdragon 855+ mobile platform.
