Apple iPhone 7 Pictured in Black Ahead of September Launch

It is heavily rumored that the Apple iPhone 7 will be launched on September 7 with deliveries set to begin on September 15.

Even though several leaks and rumors suggest that the Apple iPhone 7 will not bring anything revolutionary to the plate, there is still a lot of excitement surrounding the launch of the device. Apple are expected to refrain from bringing several revolutionary features in the hope of making the Apple iPhone 8 truly outstanding. Up until now, there have been several mock up and alleged demo units of the iPhone 7 and the latest seems to be the most convincing yet.

A leaked picture of the iPhone 7 Plus, which is apparent from the large 5.5-inch screen, has been leaked just a few weeks ahead of the official launch. One of the important aspects of the device seems to be the dual camera set up. This has been a long speculated aspect on the upcoming iPhone 7. However, the exact application from Apple remains a mystery yet. This will be a big aspect since there are several phones already with dual cameras, but they have different applications.

Some phones use the dual camera setup for a greater depth of field, which in turn creates bokeh effect similar to that of a DSLR camera, while some phones use the dual camera setup to offer the best of a wide-angle or normal camera in the same housing. As of now, Apple’s intended use with a potentially dual camera setup remains a great mystery. The iPhone is also set to receive a new range called the Pro version. As of now, the iPhone is available in standard or Plusvariants but recent pictures of the alleged iPhone 7 do not show a smart connector in the rear.

It is not a secret that Apple is keen on bringing the smart connector to the iPhone range. It may arrive in the form of the iPhone 7 Pro. The smart connector can be used to connect the iPhone to other Apple devices like the iPad Pro. One element that surely may miss out on the upcoming iPhone 7 is the stylus even though there is the rumored Pro version. The absence of a 3.5 mm jack from almost all mock up units is a sure fire certainty that the iPhone 7 will offer only the USB charging port for music and charging.
