Battlefield 1 Beta Release Date Rumors, Rush Mode Is Coming

The Battlefield 1 alpha event was a roaring success and it also paved way for gamers to know a lot about the upcoming title before EA or DICE officially announced it.

The game brings back World War I fights with all the vehicles, tanks including horses. The weapons are fully customizable and there are horses, as promised. It was such a closed event and all we could see were footages from the alpha event. New updates confirmed that you don’t have to wait longer because Battlefield 1 Beta is coming soon.

The title is scheduled for launch in the month of October this year. Battlefield community manager confirmed that Electronic Arts has planned to launch the beta edition for the title as soon as the Gamescom 2016 event ends. It will be an invite only gameplay time at the beginning but later on, in order to test the stability of their servers, Battlefield 1 will go into open beta mode. Anyone can download the title and start playing it.

Sebastian Mortiz, Battlefield’s community manager made the comment when he spoke in a live stream event through Dualshockers. The Gamescom 2016 is scheduled to take place on August 17th and will run till August 21st. Based on the comments, it can be assumed that the Battlefield 1 beta event will probably take place towards the end of the same month or in the first week of September.

Everyone who has signed up for the Battlefield insider programwill be able to access the beta at least three days earlier while everyone else will receive it on a specific date. For those of you who have not signed up for the insider community, you can do so now so as to get early access to Battlefield 1 for free. When you sign up, you get additional perks when you purchase the game like exclusive gadgets, rewards, and special news bulletin about the game before everyone else.

Much to the delight of fans, Mortiz confirmed that the much awaited Rush mode will be making its return to Battlefield 1. There are some changes in the modes available in the game but players were keen that they wanted Rush no matter what. Developers have listened to their queries and have confirmed that it is indeed coming back. The alpha footage in 4K and 60 frame rates have been populated in Youtube.
