A new limited edition variant of the Bentley Flying Spur V8 S Black Edition has been released and it provides a whole new take on the conventional model.
Being a limited variant, obviously you have to purchase it as soon as possible before it goes out of stock.
The car sports unique styling with a couple of tweaks that differentiate it from the base model. Bentley has worked closely in association with their bespoke customization division Mulliner which has provided the much needed style quotient for the model. As with the name Black Edition, the car sports an all-black outlook with different tones of the color used at various areas including the bodywork and the interior areas of the cabin. Not so surprisingly, this is not the first time Bentley has been experimenting with a Black Edition as they have had similar launches in the past.
Earlier, the company launched the Continental GT Speed Black Edition which took the buyers by storm. The upcoming Flying Spur V8 S has the black colored variant meticulously used in various areas of the car including the black mirrors, the doors, window surrounds and the headlights as well as the taillights. The designers have done their best to ensure the same black paint is maintained on all areas while it looks like they have used a thicker version in the exterior so as to give it the stylish look even under sunlight.
Large 21-inch bespoke wheels are used in the car which provides a significant improvement to the overall ride height and makes the car capable of handling varying terrains. By default, the car is equipped with black brake calipers but customers have the option to change them to red if they wish to. The black and red theme can also be found in the interior of the model. The designers have used black leather material which uses contrasting red stitching and piano black wooden veneers. Being a Bentley car, obviously it looks stylish and premium at every corner.
Under the hood, the Bentley Flying Spur V8 S is powered by a 4.0-liter V8 engine which is capable of producing up to 512 horsepower. The car can go from 0 to 62 miles per hour in just 4.9 seconds with a total top speed of 190mph. The model uses an all-wheel drive system that further boosts its overall performance. It is expected to be priced at £142,800 which is slightly higher than the base model.
