An exciting time awaits fans heading to the Gamescom 2016 event.
Sony has confirmed the list of PS4 games and the PS VR titles that the company will showcase at the gaming expo.
Right after the huge Electronic Entertainment Expo, Gamescom has a solid position in the world of the gaming. The event is scheduled to take place next week. With just days to go, Sony has confirmed the list of titles visitors will be able to play at their booth. While most titles can be experienced at home or on other platforms like the Xbox One or PCs, the Playstation VR experience is going to be an exclusive experience that you can get only at Gamescom.
Some of the important titles that players can enjoy using the virtual reality headset include Resident Evil 7, Batman Arkham VR, Eve Valkyrie and Until Dawn Rush of Blood. Almost every one of these title is unique and offers a completely new experience. If you love zombies and smashing them face to face, Until Dawn or Resident Evil is an amazing pick. Batman Arkham has been designed from the scratch by Rocksteady studios to allow you to be the dark knight and kick villains from a whole new perspective.
Destiny is about to receive a new expansion pack named Rise of Iron. Players who happen to drop in at the Sony booth in Gamescom 2016 will be able to play the expansion pack ahead of everyone else. The company confirmed it in their official German blog. Many other yet to be released titles can be previewed including the anticipated Titanfall 2, Gran Turismo Sport and Call of Duty Infinite Warfare.
While almost every new game is heading to the PS4 booths, some may not be playable. Titles like Mafia III and Call of Duty Infinite Warfare will be showcased as demos. The company’s gaming special, Playstation truck is coming to Gamescom 2016.
Apart from many PS4 titles, you can even play PS Vita games including Gravity Rush 2, Minecraft and a bunch of mixed games on multiple platforms. The list of virtual reality titles are plenty with many of them being sports games. Hustle Kings VR, The Playroom VR, Tumble VR and Playstation VR Worlds are some good examples.
Gamescom 2016 is scheduled to take place in Cologne Germany. The event begins on August 17th and will continue will August 21st. Microsoft and top game publishers will be there to showcase their AAA titles.
