Deal Alert: Verizon’s Moto Z2 Force can be yours for as little as $396

Moto Z2 Force

It’s not long since the Moto Z2 Force was unveiled and as expected, the phone is selling in the U.S. via Verizon, just like the Moto Z Force from 2016.

Non-Verizon users can also grab this phone via the official Motorola website at an outright price of $720 or get it via monthly installments of $30 per month. But it is the deal at Verizon that looks more interesting, if you ask me, despite the fact that it’s a little costlier when buying it from the Big Red.

Apparently, the carrier is selling the Moto Z2 Force at an outright price of $756, but there’s more to this deal. If you pay the full amount upfront, the carrier has something else for you, where you will be entitled to a $15 monthly rebate for a period of two years.

On a regular basis, the carrier will set you back a monthly fee of $31.50 for the Moto Z2 Force, but this deal will see you pay $16.50 per month for the same phone. At the end of the two year period, the carrier will have charged you a total of $396 for a phone that would otherwise set you back a cool $756. In short, you will be saving an impressive $360 from this deal, which is about 50% of the initial asking price.

This is not all you get when you buy a Moto Z2 Force from Verizon. The company behind the phone is also offering a free Insta-Share Projector Mod with every unit you purchase. But this offer is available for a limited time and it only affects the Gold and Black color variants of the phone.

To keep you in the loop, the Moto Z2 Force ships with an ultra-thin body that features a 5.5-inch shatterproof display screen with a QHD resolution. Under the hood, the flagship has a Snapdragon 835 SoC mated with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The battery on board is a disappointing 2730mAh unit that supports fast charging via a USB-C port, which also takes the place of the traditional 3.5mm audio jack, just like last year’s Moto Z family.

The back of the Moto Z2 Force has a dual 12MP camera (Monochrome + RGB) while the front has a 5MP lens for selfies. Out of the box, you get the newer Android 7.1 Nougat.
