Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3: New Tease About The Game Gets Fans Excited

Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3

Fans are relieved about the fact that the next installment in the franchise is not being readied as a PlayStation exclusive.

Fans might have been treated to a new tease for Final Fantasy Remake Part 3, albeit in a very unexpected manner. Once Final Fantasy VII Rebirth was launched last year, fans started wondering when they would get to see the third installment in the Remake trilogy. In the past, one has seen some representatives of Square Enix discussing Part 3 and even sharing some details of what it could offer.

Square Enix has made an official announcement about a new set of Final Fantasy cards for the game Magic: The Gathering. This particular set is scheduled to come out in the month of June and shall have many characters from the Final Fantasy saga. Based on this, one can assume different heroes and villains from Final Fantasy VII will get their own cards soon.

Tetsuya Nomura, who serves as the director of the Final Fantasy VII trilogy, did some of the artwork for the cards that one will get to see in this Magic set. Nomura has been credited with the art for two versions of Sephiroth that will be out soon.

Safer Sephiroth, which is one of the two versions, has a distinctive look, which is quite different from the way it appeared in the original version of Final Fantasy VII. A while back, Nomura shared a statement on social media confirming why it looks different from the original version. They, however, refrained from sharing the reason behind this.

Many are of the belief that this revised look of Safer Sephiroth is connected to Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3. At the moment, one doesn’t know if this will be his official appearance in Part 3. This tease, however, has led to many fans wonder why the look of Sephiroth has undergone an alteration.
