New leaked pictures of the Google Pixel have revealed several things that were not clear before.

Some of the hardware leaks predicted the presence of a sensor or front button, which would have supposedly been the fingerprint recognition sensor, but the leaked pictures do not suggest anywhere close to the same. Instead, the Google Pixel and the Google Pixel XL seem likely to use an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner which is set to make his debut on the Xiaomi Mi 5S. It could also be possible that the front sensor seen on the hardware leaks was only used as a temporary mechanism to control the device.

Google Pixel and the Google Pixel XL will mark the entry of a new lineup of smartphones from the company and it is likely to replace next devices as the best Google smartphones money can buy. However, one may have to shell out a considerable sum of money in order to get their hands on the Google Pixel XL, which will sit top of the tree. Leaked information about the pricing of the device claims that the phone will set buyers back by an astonishing $650, which is a massive step up from the Nexus family of phones.

For this price, though, buyers will expect nothing but the best and the Google Pixel smartphones seem to deliver this exactly if early leaks and rumors are anything to go by. For starters, the two phones will have a snapdragon 821 processor. The only disappointing aspect may be the presence of only 4 GB of RAM. At a time when smartphones are entering into the 6 GB territory, a mere 4 GB will not be sufficient for matching the multitasking capabilities of devices like the OnePlus 3 and the soon to be launched Xiaomi Mi 5S.

Featuring USB Type-C ports, these devices will back quite a punch in terms of user experience. It is because the two devices will offer the Android 7.1 operating system if reports are to be believed. Since these are Google devices, one can expect the joy of experiencing stock android without any bloatware which usually accompanies the user interface of phones from other manufacturers. Offering a 5-inch display is the Google Pixel while the Google Pixel XL has a slightly larger 5.5-inch screen. The resolution also varies since the Pixel version will have only 1080p while the Pixel XL has a QHD screen.
