If AAA games take a similar approach, the price of gaming titles would end up being very high. The statements made by Zelnick about the pricing of the games have not gone down well with a section of fans. As per fans, $70 is the industry standard pricing for games of this scale and Rockstar could price GTA 6 $10-20 higher than that. According to the calculations made by fans, the regular version of GTA 6 could be priced at $89.99 and the Special Edition could cost $99.99.

It would be quite fair to say that fans are quite concerned about the pricing of GTA 6. The franchise has fans in every country and demographic. If the price of the game ends up being on the higher side, it could end up alienating several fans. The pricing, as per fans, should be such that Rockstar makes a healthy profit and nobody loses out on having access to the game either.
