Honor 10X EUIPO Trademark Listing Appears Amidst News of Honor 9X Series Arrival

The Honor 10X trademark listing has been spotted on the database of European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

Honor will be announcing the Honor 9X series of smartphones on July 23. The appearance of Honor 10x trademark reveals that the company could be already making preparations for the successor of Honor 9X.

The Honor 10X EUIPO trademark listing classifies it as category 9 product which includes smartphones, tablet, wireless earphones and others. No other details of the smartphone are not known yet. The name of the smartphone suggests that it will be arriving as the successor of the Honor 9X.

Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro

The Honor 9X and 9X Pro schematics that have surfaced so far have revealed that they are equipped with notch-less display. The Honor 9X features a vertical dual camera setup and its rear shell is fitted with a triple camera setup. Both smartphones are equipped with a selfie snapper.

The Kirin 810 chipset is present under the hood of 9X and 9X Pro smartphones. Both phones are expected to arrive with a 20-megapixel selfie camera. The rear side of the Honor 9X may come with 24-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera system.

The Honor 9X Pro will be featuring 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera setup. These handsets are also equipped with 4,000 mAh batteries. The Honor 9x may come with 10W fast charging whereas the Pro variant will be arriving with 22.5W fast charging.

The Honor 8X was made official in September last year. Its successor Honor 9X is now arriving in July. Hence, it appears that the Honor 10X could be made official by the third quarter next year. Probably, the Honor 10X Pro smartphone may also go official alongside it. More details on the Honor 10X series may appear few months down the line.
