Honor 60 SE with TFY-AN40 model number has bagged approval from the 3C authority of China. It will be the third Honor 60 series phone from the brand.

Now that the handset has bagged 3C certification, it may soon appear at TENAA with its entire specifications. With only few days remaining in this month, the Chinese manufacturer may announce it in January 2022.

The Honor TFY-AN40 smartphone’s 3C appearance reveals that it may carry support for up to 40W fast charging. The listing has no information on the other specs of the device, but it does confirm the support for 5G connectivity.

According to tipster WHY LAB, the Honor 60 SE will be sporting an OLED display with curved edges. While its exact screen size is not known, it is expected to carry support for 10-bit colors. The Snapdragon 778G chipset is expected to be driven by the Honor 60 SE.

The case renders of the Honor 60SE that had recently surfaced online revealed that it will sport an iPhone 13 Pro-like triple camera unit. The case images also revealed that the device will lack a 3.5mm audio jack like the predecessor Honor 50 SE smartphone.

It can be said based on the specs of the Honor 50 SE that its successor may carry support for FHD+ resolution and a high refresh rate. It is unclear whether the device will be equipped with a 108-megapixel triple camera unit like the Honor 50 SE.
