Last year in November, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor had launched the Honor V10 smartphone.
The V10 was introduced in variants like 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage + 6 GB RAM. An official Weibo post from Honor confirms that the Honor V10 will be arriving in a new model that features 8 GB RAM and 128 GB of storage.
As it can be seen below, the Honor V10 with 128 GB storage + 8 GB RAM will be available for buying starting from Aug. 14 at 10:08 AM in China through platforms like Vmall, JD, Tmall and so on. As of this writing, there is no confirmation on the pricing of the new variant.
The Honor 10 GT is the first Honor phone to come with 8 GB of RAM. The Honor Note 10 that was announced in the previous month also features an 8 GB RAM variant. And, now the Honor V10 is also confirmed to arrive with the same amount of RAM. This shows that the upcoming flagship phones from Honor and Huawei such as Honor V20, Huawei Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro may feature 8 GB RAM model.

The Honor V10 features a 5.99-inch IPS LCD display with 18:9 aspect ratio, Kirin 970 SoC and 3,750mAh battery with support for 5V/4.5A fast charge. At the front side, it features a 13-megapixel selfie camera and its back panel is fitted with 16-megapixel + 20-megapixel dual camera setup. It has been recently treated with GPU Turbo update that accelerates its GPU performance
